Thomas Group is a Nashville based staffing agency and was founded in 2019 by two life-long friends that had a passion for entrepreneurship. Our agency has a combined sales experience of over 45 years with a focus on a consultative customer approach, and an understanding of industry trends. Years of experience with one of the nation’s largest staffing firms gives Thomas Group a unique perspective within a competitive marketplace.

Jason Reeder
Jason is the CEO and the Co-Founder of Thomas Group. He is a native of Middle Tennessee and currently lives in the Brentwood area. Prior to Thomas Group, Jason was a Director of Business Operations for a privately-held IT staffing firm in Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga. Throughout his 9-year tenure with the staffing firm, Jason built a reputation of integrity, innovation, and growth which embraces his core values. Before that, Jason ended his career in the Document Management Industry as the Director of Regional Operations for ARC, where he was also a minority owner. Jason received his undergraduate degree from Trevecca and MBA from Bethel University. If you cannot find him at the office, Jason can always be found on a ball field with his wife and 3 children. His passion for kids has led to the forming of a competitive baseball team (TN Talons) and his entrepreneurial spirit has led to him investing in other local businesses to help them achieve a high level of success.
Haedyn
Prior to beginning her professional career with Thomas Group in August of 2021, Haedyn graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Her experience and time in the Communication Studies program at UT helped foster her passion to work with people. Haedyn chose to work with Thomas Group based on her desire to learn and grow as a professional, and her desire to create opportunities for others. The potential for success at Thomas Group is endless and she intends to work hard to be the best at whatever she takes on. Originally from California, Haedyn moved to Nashville about 15 years ago, but the beach will always be her favorite place. Haedyn is married to her husband Greyson, the oldest of five kids, and the people in her life are the most important thing to her. If she is not in the office, she is spending time with the people she loves most.
Abbie
Abbie is a Recruiting Partner for Thomas Group Nashville. Prior to moving and starting her career in Nashville, Abbie attended the University of North Alabama in her hometown of Florence, Alabama. While earning her degree, Abbie served as Chapter President for the American Marketing Association on campus for two years. Her involvement in the organization as well as her university’s sales program, The Steele Center for Professional Selling, sparked her interest in working directly with people, particularly in the recruiting sector. Abbie decided to work for Thomas Group after interning for the company in the summer of 2021. The company’s culture is what stood out to her the most. She saw that Thomas Group focuses on fostering an environment for continual growth and development for its employees, helping them to reach personal and professional goals as well. She wanted to be associated with the company whose main goal is to create opportunities for others. When she is not at the office, you can find her at the gym or enjoying time with her friends and family.
Anne-Thomas
Ian Crockett
Ian is the Co-Founder and COO of Thomas Group. Prior to launching Thomas Group Ian assisted in leading RoundTower Technologies Nashville go-to-market strategy, focusing on enterprise healthcare. Ian joined RoundTower from Gartner, where he was a client director responsible for the Tennessee market. Ian also has over a decades experience with the nation’s largest IT Staffing and Services firm, where he held multiple positions, to include leading the Alabama market as the Director of Business Operations. Ian earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Agronomy from Western Kentucky University. Born and raised in middle Tennessee Ian enjoys spending the majority of his time with his wife Banica and navigating life with their four awesome and energetic children. An avid cyclist, Ian’s passion outside of family is pushing the limits within the endurance mountain bike scene.
Mackenzie
Prior to starting her professional career at the Thomas Group in June 2022, Mackenzie graduated from the University of Louisville in May 2022 with a bachelors in Exercise Science. Mackenzie was born and raised in California and is the oldest of three siblings. She grew up playing volleyball and has a competitive personality which she hopes will drive her to succeed in whatever she takes on. Mackenzie chose to work with Thomas Group for her aspiration to generate careers and opportunities for other individuals. When Mackenzie is not in the office she is typically working out or spending time with her puppy and friends.
Jared
Jared is a Client Executive for Thomas Group and grew up in the Great Nashville area. Jared attended the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon where he studied Business Administration with a focus in Sports Business and a minor in Economics. During his time in Eugene, Jared discovered his passion for building meaningful relationships while working for the Fundraising arm of the Oregon Athletic Department. Prior to beginning his career in recruiting, Jared spent 2 years as a Realtor in Nashville where he helped his clients find the homes they loved. The opportunity to continue impacting the lives of others in a positive way excited Jared and makes him eager to continue to grow with Thomas Group so that he can impact people in a larger way. When he’s not in the office, Jared is typically working out and running or spending time with friends and family.
Jason has been excellent to work within all facets of his service. His drive for client satisfaction is hard to match. He has consistently provided the service on time (or more often early). He follows-up to guaranty that everything was done correctly and delivered as expected (or better). He worked with to make sure that he was providing all the services needed and where possible, expanded his scope to do more for us. His integrity was also of the highest caliber and that was obvious throughout all aspects of our business (from initial bidding to final billing reviews). Jason seems to stop at nothing to make sure the service provided is always excellent.
